1. Can you give me some advice please?

advice相当于汉语“建议；忠告”的意思，是不可数名词，故不可添加复数词尾-s!表示“一条建议；一则忠告” 应说a piece of advice或a word of advice。如：

Now you can give me some advice.

现在你可以给我一些忠告。

That’s really a good piece of advice.

那的确是一条不错的建议。

advise是动词，意为“提建议；给忠告”。如：

Robert Hunt advises students about common problems.

罗伯特·亨特就一些常见的问题给学生们提出建议，进行指导。

The minister advised him to leave as soon as possible. 

部长建议他尽快离开。
