“将来时”的表达法

1 will/shall do 表将来

will/shall do 表示单纯的将来时，是对未来发生事情的一种“ 预见性”。will 用于各种人称，而 shall 仅用于第一人称。

We will be 17 years old next year. 明年我们就 17 岁了。

I shall leave for Canada next Friday. 我下周五要去加拿大。

【误区警示】

（1）will 可表示根据当时的情况，临时做的打算。

You forgot it! It doesn’t matter；I will post it by myself. 

你忘了！没关系，我将自己去邮寄。

（2）if 引导的条件状语从句中可使用 will 表示意愿，而不表示将来。

If you will come，I will pick you up. 如果你愿意来，我就去接你。

2 be going to do 表将来

（1）（人作主语）打算做某事

I am not going to rent a flat. 我不打算去租公寓。［词汇复现］

They are going to hold a meeting to discuss that thing. 

他们打算开会来讨论那件事。

（2）（物作主语）有迹象表明要发生某事

Look at the clouds；it is going to be another storm. 

瞧瞧这些云，暴风雨又要来了。

The moon is going to rise in a minute. 月亮一会儿就会升起来了。

3 be to do 表将来

（1）表示预先安排好的计划或约定。

 The line is to be opened to traffic next week. 该线路下周通车。

They are to meet at the gate of the school. 他们将在学校门口见面。

（2）表示说话人的意志、意图、职责、命令、义务等。

All the questions are to be answered at once.必须立即回答所有的问题。

 No one is to leave the room without permission.未经允许，任何人不得离开这个房间。

（3）表示注定要发生的事情。

His theory was to change the views on the universe.他的理论势必要改变（人类）对宇宙的看法。
